We love bringing the dogs to this beach off season. On really nice days there are A LOT of dogs there and not every owner has good control of their dog, so be aware.
I have seen many locals bring their dogs out after 5 pm when the lifeguards go off duty but I usually obey the posted rules and haven't brought them during the summer months.
