Was told on the phone they were dog friendly (albeit a $87 fee). After arriving we were told that we were not, under any circumstances, to leave our dog in the room even if he is crated. We’ve stayed in several dog friendly hotels in the city and have never been told that. It complicated all of our plans and the manager was extremely rude when I provided feedback stating that it should be explained at the time of reservation. Would never stay here again.

Had a fantastic experience here with our dog. They even have their own dog that wanders the lobby. Would not hesitate to stay again!

Not only are the rooms AMAZING, they are so so dog friendly. They have a bowl and bag of treats waiting in the room and they greeted my pup every time we came in and out. Definitely our favorite stay in Boston with our doggo.

We sat outside with our pup and they were very friendly to him and even brought him a bowl of water. The food was EXCELLENT too!
