This is a drive in diner that has been in business for decades. Best burger and shakes! There are tables to eat outside, but we opted to stay in the car due to excessive heat. Wonderful staff - unrivaled food. There are shaded tables in the back.

We had a great time at Culver’s in Panama City Beach. They allowed our Popper inside in his stroller. Great food- great folks!
