The villa I reserved had a covered porch facing the ocean. The villa I received on check-in had a wooden stoop with 3 stairs. No chairs, nowhere to sit outside your room with your dogs. I was told I would be moved. That never happened. Given the $65 resort fee as a credit. The "included" breakfast consists of bagels and a toaster at the front desk. No coffee pods, just tea. Very disappointing for the price.
