Great mattress, extremely clean, friendly service. Very appreciated after a 5-hour-drive and 3 more to go!

Very friendly and kind check-in, so we were surprised later. The room smelled funky and our dog ran into the bathroom getting his paws wet and making tracks. I thought I would wipe up his tracks and while I was at it, wipe the floor with our pet cleaner that we always bring. The funky smell stayed and after 10 minutes, I realized the funky smell was pot. So we went to the desk and she changed our room. 100% better.

We were getting the rest of our stuff out of the car and the manager came out of the pot room waving the washcloth I used for the floor and accused us of taking a shower. We were in there TEN MINUTES! Stomped off saying that she would not have changed our room if she knew we had taken a shower. We tried to explain, but she walked off waving the wash cloth that OBVIOUSLY was used as a mop. The rest of the stay was more adventure. Two squad cars and police at the check-in. And then a bed that was like sleeping on a cliff. We pulled the mattress off the frame and slept on the floor. But the shower was great, so there's a plus.
