To get to the dog-friendly area: Drive around back, between the strip mall and Tractor Supply, swing to your left/south, look for the flags/white privacy fence. There's an open swing-gate nearest the building. Come on it, find a table. They'll bring a mat, a bowl of ice water, and a special menu for your dog (don't worry, it's reasonable priced).
Our second visit here. Great food and atmosphere, dog-welcoming away from other guests. This is high-level bar food. The wings and the tenders are really, really good. And the sauces, too. I ordered the hottest sauce offering. Jed’s claim of “not the hottest you’ve ever tasted, but the best flavor” is spot-on. (Sorry, can’t remember what they name it). It’s very, very hot, but not to the point where you can’t taste anything, and the taste is great.
We “knew the ropes” of how to get into the back/outside section where dogs are welcome with their own mat, ice water bowl, and even their own menu. The owner came out we had a lovely conversation about our dog, Kevin, and his dogs. It’s clear that this guy loves and understands dogs.
Even without a canine companion, this place has great food, reasonable prices, and seems to be very popular with the locals and weekender lakers. If you want to bring a dog, I think it would be best to call ahead and ask how to get to/park at the back/enclosed patio area where those with dogs and the dogless are welcome. August 2026, 10-piece decent sized wings, chicken tender (4 huge tenders) entrée, total of 4 wines, a soft drink, $6 chicken for Kevin, totaled just under $70. Not bad for great food with drinks. Kitchen/service was a tad slow, but not to the point of being annoying. It was probably a symptom of how popular/busy the place is on a Sat evening.
We will always, always go back when in the area.
