I loved this hotel. Yes it’s old so the elevators make noise and the room doors get stuck, but the room was so clean, the bar was beautiful, and they are all dog people. It is valet or self park a good walk away but valet was worth it for me and my 2 large dogs.

They were very good about accommodating the dogs, putting us near stairs and a door to the relief area since the first floor was full. And the front desk woman was awesome. But dang, this place needs a serious upgrade. Stairs are stained, carpets are old, stained sheets, broken tiles on the floor, and the LOUDEST AC unit I’ve ever heard. Even made my dogs bark, ALL NIGHT LONG.

The hotel needs some work, especially the elevator but it was good for a one night stay during our travels. Staff was friendly and great with the pups! There is no good relief area for the dogs though.

I went in with low expectations since it was nice and cheap, but the place was so clean and nice and the staff was awesome too. Plus they had a really nice breakfast spread!
