This was a delightful place to stay- the room was spacious, clean, well-equipped and above all surprisingly quiet for being around the busy harbour district.

Would definitely stay here again .

Pros:
- big spacious clean room
- lovely location right by the Arno river
- kind, flexible & helpful staff

Cons:
- bathroom- shower door broke while showering & water pressure is poor
- no lift/elevator so can be challenging to carry heavy luggage up flights of stairs with dog in tow

The location is great right next to the Alster so great for city dog walks next door. Situated near lots of good cafes and restaurants , and dogs are even allowed in the dinning area for breakfast. Only downside is that our room smelt a little bit off - like a blend of stale cigarette smoke & fresh paint. Not awful but not pleasant either.

Very practical that the hotel is just 300 meters from the central station. Our room was delightful, spacious, clean, comfortable and above all quiet. Loved the staff and efficient self check-in and out.

Gorgeous hotel & room in the heart of Copenhagen. There is a dog park and long grassy street about a kilometer long right next to the hotel where locals all walk there dogs. The staff were super helpful and kind. Will definitely be staying there again.
