Beach is very rocky as you approach it but the tide was going out as we arrived and sand appeared! Certainly not as nice as its neighbour but there is plenty of grass above the beach to lay with your dog as well. Would recommend as there are facilities- loos and restaurant and free parking. Gets busy so arrive early.
