Pros: literally beachfront, good location, breakfast and evening snack included, pool/hot tub/sauna, small enclosed dog area. Cons: all pet rooms are carpeted and mine smelled like dog pee. Visited 2 other rooms, per my request, and not much better so stayed in the one I originally had up on the 3rd floor. No grass nearby, but path leading up to beach, no fireplace, couch sucks to watch tv, old and certainly could use updating. One night had loud guests in pool up until 10pm.

Ok stay. Wish I was not in building 6 as it was a little further from the grass. Room was clean, carpeted, no stinky odors other than maybe a cleaner smell. Small dog "park" which was helpful for my dog to go potty. Path along river was useful if you wanted to take your dog for an actual walk. Dogs can't be unattended in room and there is a fee.

Allowed early check-in which was very helpful. Requested a bottom floor patio room which was available. Not very many places to walk your dog, grass not very green, pet parents not picking up after their dogs. Poop bags provided in the one head area they had. Breakfast was good, had to send partner to go get food since we couldn't leave dog in room (plus she was barking anyways). Surprisingly clean room, comfy bed, free parking.
