Best Italian is one if Gatlinburgs best kept secrets. Tucked away in the corner of a shopping mall is by far one of the Best Italian restaurants I've ate at. Huge servings, ginormous canzone, and incredible garlic knots make this the place to visit. Toss in a dog friendly patio that's perched above a mountain stream and this is a must visit restaurants.
