Received confirmation with amount to be charged that included fees and taxes. After checkout, charged us $105 additional for 3 pet fees. We brought one small dog, two night stay. First and last booking at Holiday Inn Express hotel. Also charged facility fees although pool and hot tub closed entire time. Both elevators under repair.
