Great place to take your pup. We came at the end of June and the black flies just started getting really bad.. we didn’t stay for long. Otherwise it’s really pretty and there was hardly anyone there.

This hike is awesome and definitely one of my favorites. However, it’s different with you companion. There are a lot of roots and steep paths to climb, so if you aren’t limber and your dog has a hard time with physical activity (or listening lol) it makes it quite tough. I still would recommend!
