If there was a way to give a 0/5 I would. Please please do NOT stay here. I found a bed bug and I woke up with bites on my arm and neck. When I brought it to the front desk and asked for a refund they told me the manager would call me after 12. I hadn’t heard anything by 12:30 so I decided to call them and they told me they could not refund my money and that the manager was not available and that there was no phone number to reach him/her at. This is appalling! Not only were there bed bugs but the room stunk of cigarette smoke (supposed to be a non-smoking room), there were no extra towels or pillows when I asked for more, the lamp was broken, and the whole place felt dirty. I am furious about the whole situation and hope that others heed my warning. This place is not suitable for guests.
