Pooja at the front desk was amazing! Super friendly and helpful and upgraded us to a ground floor room facing the courtyard for no additional cost. Courtyard rooms on the ground floor have a private entrance, which is incredibly helpful when traveling with dogs! Overall comfy beds and quiet vibe, even though it was busy. Gave us little goodie bags when we got there for our pups which was awesome! They have a small off-leash fenced dog park on the property near the sauna and hot tub and the courtyard is very dog friendly as well, no grass but it’s pebbly and walkable.
