Lovely staff, very welcoming! Room was great, beds comfy but the lowest sink ever in the bathroom ever. Green space for the pups to do biz and a dog park very close by with the best view of Kamloops. Lots of amenities nearby. Would stay again.

Clean but dated and way overpriced for what you don’t get. No hair dryer, coffee maker, iron or ironing board. We traveled with 2 dogs and trust me our dogs could do nothing to that room that would make it worse. Plastic furniture in the room and dirty smoke cans outside non-smoking rooms. The front desk staff did not make us feel very welcome. Would not recommend or go back. The only plus was the nearby off leash dog park.

Upon arrival we previewed the room and decided not to stay. We preferred to forfeit the cost & moved on. Nothing like the photos, very old & dated. Not dog friendly & tons of road construction all around.

Nice room. Not a lot of space for doggy biz so took dogs to an off leash dog park very close by. Lots of shopping & amenities close by. Best Chinese food at King Palace is a must! Would stay again.

Very cute, a little dated, motel. The location is amazing along the lake. We walked the dogs many times during the day along the boardwalk. Store & restaurant right next door. Off leash dog park not far away. Quick response from the motel on everything. Would stay again.

Good location, close to many amenities. 2.5 kms to a very nice off leash dog park. Unless you walk around the block there is no space to pee the dogs. The hotel staff was very friendly & helpful. Very clean hotel. Nice breakfast included. Only complaint is lots of road noise so ask for a room at the back. Would stay again.

The staff were friendly & super helpful, especially Ron the maintenance man! Our AC was not working so they switched our room right away. The hotel is dated & slowly being renovated, it will be that much more appealing once updated. Grassy area in back of hotel and a great dog park 2.1 km’s away to let the pooches run. Would stay again.

Older hotel, needs updating & cleaning. The staff at the front desk were very friendly & helpful. Lots of room & green space to walk the pups. Had to ask to have our room cleaned & garbage taken out. A little pricey for what you get as it is very dated.

Great Location! Very pet friendly. We are travelling with a large & small dog. There was good walking areas & close to shopping, etc. Would stay again.

Our dogs were very welcomed with a doggie treat bag each. The room was great & even had a dog bed & bowls. Would stay again.

At first we were happy when we arrived but quickly became very disappointed. Our room faced the hot sun, the room was very hot and the AC was broken down & could not be fixed as there were no staff on for the weekend. The front desk agent did everything he could to help & even tried calling the manager to give us another room. Sadly, Comfort Inn would not give us another room with clean well behaved dogs, so we moved across the street where we were very welcomed with our dogs. We would not go back to this location.

This was a wonderful surprise & very dog friendly. All remodeled and modern inside. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need including a dishwasher. The dogs loved the large outdoor space on the property for running & chasing the ball. We preordered from the restaurant & they delivered to our room, food was great! We felt welcome & would go back.

Older motel, needs a few updates but very clean and good location. Great area for walking the dogs to the lake, dog beach & park. We felt very welcome with our pets and would return.
