We stayed at Hotel Donaldson and absolutely cannot rave about this place enough! They have a complimentary coffee and pastries in the morning, events all through the weekend, have a complimentary wine and cheese hour in the evening, and a turndown service that includes chocolate truffles.

The rooms are all different in the layout according to the site but are incredibly spacious. Each room features unique artwork by local artists! They truly think of everything in the room! It was so cozy and a perfect getaway! The stay was so relaxing and there wasn’t any noise or obvious neighboring guests like big chain hotels.

As far as dog friendly, I’d say this hotel goes above and beyond. Our dog felt at home and the staff were so kind and accommodating! It was an easy check in and get settled with our dog! The hotel also has a rooftop sky bar, fitness center and is in the same building as a pub so their ‘room service’ allows items from the pub delivered to your room! Can’t wait to come back!

We brought our dog with our family and the server was rude even after a 2 hour wait, they weren’t that busy but told us they “had a table in mind but there were still people sitting there” we were told initially a 45 min wait “TOPS” but ended up waiting 2 hours with kids and a dog. The server was not accommodating and continued the bad experience. Tips are already included so it’s probably why they aren’t the kindest. Pizza was alright. Truly you can find better for a cheaper price. It’s not worth the money.

We came with our dog and was able to sit on the patio!!! The staff were all so nice and brought our dog a pup cup when we sat down! The wait staff were extremely helpful with recommendations on the menu! It was a cute spot and they were very quick with the food!
