This place looks and sounds good both in person and on the website. Sadly, there is a constant rotation of new staff members in the daycare and lodging department. I miss some of their old employees that I don’t see anymore. It’s over $100 for my dog to attend to daycare for 1 day (1 hours 30mins of play time in yard broken up into two sessions). One at 10am and the next at 1pm. The dogs are actually only in the group yard setting for less than 45mins because there are multiple different size of groups/dogs that they have to let out. Group play time is all done by 3pm; for the remainder of the time, my dog is locked up in a metal enclosure until I come to pick him up at 6pm. I hate how the staff is not transparent about that and glorify daycare as if it is a necessity. Most dogs are just laying down on the turf or equipment. Sometimes my dog comes back smelling like poop/pee and I have to give him a bath at home. Do not be fooled by the old 5 star reviews. [Staff] has hit a dog before and is very fake with a squeaky voice. [Staff] is a know it all and finally was put into her place when her only friend got promoted and is now the boss of her. [Staff] loves the drama and make the daycare department like a cult. Owners are selfish and rude.
