Super Nice Room
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Troy an IHG HotelLots of places to walk the dog. I didn’t book through BringFido and waited until I got there. I ended up paying $129. It might be worth it for you to book through Fido. Worth the extra money. one of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed at.
Incredible Room
Red Roof Inn Locust GroveThis may be the best room I've stayed in. The only reason I'm giving it 4 bones is because the dog run isn't very large and they stuck the smoking area in the same place. Other than that, the staff was super friendly and the room was reasonable.
Good Location
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson London KYI would give it five bones if they would fix the following. Grass in dog walk area was overgrown. Area did not have proper drainage after a lot of rain. Also, huge cigarette disposal tipped over and exposed at dog run. I had to walk the dog at a different hotel. Before you walk into the entryway of the hotel you are accosted by smoke. The front porch is designated for smokers. That’s the first thing you smell is cigarettes. It lingers even in the lobby. If you’re OK with smoking great, but if you are allergic you’ll probably suffer a bit. On the bright side, rooms were very clean and it was great for the dog to be able to stay there. I will say that they were in the middle of construction, so some of their problems may improve.
Great for the pups!
La Quinta by Wyndham Macon WestStaff was friendly and the rooms were clean. My only complaint really is that the Wi-Fi was terrible and the in room coffee maker was not working. Large dog run and if you forget your poop bag they have some there along with a garbage. Great stay.
