Nice Park

Kaukauna Dog Park

It’s a nice park some of the owners are nice and others are pretty nasty, don’t bring your pet to an off-leash park if you don’t want other dogs near yours or chasing your ball, watched an older gentlemen get upset and yell at quite a few people simply for having dogs around his or walking to the bin get poop bags while their dog was pottying? The pond is separated by gates so don’t let your dog by the pond if it’s not up to your standards. I would steer clear of it late summer early fall especially due to toxic algae that’s been found locally, but early spring it was fine. The pavilion is nice and picnic tables and benches are available.

Favorite Dog Park

Northland Dog Park

Definitely my favorite dog park in the area, this is our most “regular” dog park while we do visit others further away from time to time. There’s 2 sections one open grassy field to play fetch or run, and another section that’s partially wooded with trails running through it. Most of the owners here are pretty good about monitoring their dogs and very friendly, though every now and then a bad egg comes through. My dogs always enjoy this park and there’s plenty of benches, a table or two, and a cute little teepee for pictures!
