Found this hotel for being a dog-friendly place to stay, and based on so many great reviews we stayed here for the night with our little dog… and boy am I so happy we did! This may just be my new favorite hotel chain! We stayed at the Charlotte Arrowwood location and had a late check-in after being on the road for extra hours, they were so accommodating. Everyone from the front desk to the bartender to the cleaning crew were beyond friendly. The entire hotel (parking, lobby, room, bathroom) was clean and impressive. We were given a 5th floor room which I’m assuming was on pet friendly floor since another guest checking in with their dog at the same time was also given a 5th floor room. Water pressure could use some improvement but everything else was 5+ stars. Would 10/10 stay here again.
