Property is in a great location, well maintained, pup friendly with ample space for walking.

Great dog walk area, and a small trail in back of property. Clean room, close to re-entry to freeway.

Very clean, ample walking area and a nice treat bag for our pup ( $50 pet fee tho fyi :/ )
Rooms are spacious and not carpeted.

Room was small but adequate, if your pet is sensitive to outside noise, then serenity is not to be had. The property is nice and the hot pool is relaxing and the location is great for walking around the town.

Property a little worn but was adequate in all areas. There’s only 1 elevator for the 4 story building so stairs are necessary. Parking spaces are smaller than US spaces (notable if your vehicle is large). Nice walking trail in front of property.

Property was clean and staff was accommodating and friendly. Nice pet area and lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating BUT the property could really use some work. The carpet was torn and the bed was creaky. If there’s no other option, this will do in a pinch, as was our circumstance.

Got a nice spot on the patio, there was a bowl of water for our pup, staff was friendly and efficient. Food was tasty and the decor is very unique.

Seating for us with our pup is outside and more or less in the parking lot. There are umbrellas so we had shade. Lunch was good and nice selection of beers.

We got a room on the 1st floor and at the end of the hall so accessing the dog walk area was convenient. Breakfast was ok -- not the best for the H.I. Express we’re used to.

Food was delicious ( fish and chips, Irish egg rolls) our server was very attentive to our pup( brought a bowl of ice water first thing) and friendly to us :)
