This hotel is being updated and rebranded as Quality Inn Tahlequah South within the Choice Hotels chain.I recently stayed here and it is very dog friendly with an excellent registration staff who welcomed my dog and offered him a treat. My room was spacious and freshly updated and the entire hotel is undergoing renovations. It is my first choice of places to stay overnight during visits to Tahlequah.

This is a terrific tap room that features the best beers of Missouri and is super dog friendly. A great selection of beers and food including the best Turkey Panini that I have ever eaten!

This little coffee shop and bakery is on the highway between Big Cedar Lodge and Bass Pro Shops Camp Long Creek. My dog and I sat inside on a comfy sofa while I enjoyed a fresh cup of coffee and a pumpkin muffin. Definitely 5 bones! 𦓠š¶

This fairly new hotel (January 2025) is very dog friendly and welcoming. The registration staff is top notch and greeted us with smiles and warmth for my dog and me. The room was nice and a good size. There were plenty of green spaces for walking and bathroom time for my dog. Overall a great experience and reasonably priced too.

Rueben the cattle dog and I spent 3 days in South Fork and we ate at least one meal every day at Rachelās. They serve one of the best breakfast burritos Iāve ever eaten and their coffee drinks are excellent too. Itās one of the most eclectic places I have visited with a breakfast kitchen, lunch food truck, evening meal service, and the Crow Bar for all day food and beverage options. I want to be there right now! āļø š¦“ š¶

Delās is a great restaurant any time with or without a dog. Rueben and I sat outside in the shaded patio and enjoyed excellent meals for lunch delivered by our equally excellent server Amy who had recently lost her own beloved 13 year old dog to cancer. She brought a bowl of cold water for Rueben and he loved the hamburger patty with rice from the ādog menuā. The human food was high quality as well and the menu features primarily Mexican dishes but also traditional American food offerings.

The registration staff was friendly and professional and checked us into the hotel room very efficiently. The room on the first floor was spacious and smelled freshly cleaned. I have stayed here in the past and will continue to stay here when traveling near Shamrock, Texas. Great job, Sleep Inn & Suites!

This cute cafe in an historic building just off Main Street serves up delicious food in a very welcoming dog friendly setting. I had a tasty fire grilled veggie salad for an early dinner and a piece of irresistible and amazing coconut cream pie for dessert! Highly recommend stopping in Shamrock to enjoy this excellent place operated by a nice young couple Lianne and Aldo with sister Jaimie providing quality table service. Everything about it is five out of five bones!

This is a great place to stop and gas up your car, grab a quick bite to eat, and play with your pup in one of the fenced and turfed dog areas. An excellent dog friendly city park with a large grassy area is nearby too.

Wild Fork has a nice covered outdoor eating area and the wait staff brought a water bowl to my dog within minutes of being seated. The two egg breakfast was delicious and the bacon was cooked just right for man and dog. We have eaten here several times and the food and service are always consistently excellent.

Dilly Diner earns 5 bones for an excellent patio experience with terrific food. The server brought a fresh bowl of water for my dog boy within minutes of our being seated and made us feel exceptionally welcome. A very dog friendly venue from the always top quality and consistent McNellies Group of Restaurants.

Parlor Doughnuts exceeded my expectations for a quick breakfast at a comfortable dog friendly spot. The breakfast tacos were among the best Iāve had and they were super friendly to my dog boy. āļøāļøāļøāļøāļø
