The entire building is pet friendly meaning there is no need to make sure you request a pet friendly room which makes booking simple! The staff was obsessed with my dogs from the minute we got out of the car. The rooms are clean, smelled good, and spacious. I traveled with two dachshunds, two crates, and two dog beds and there was still plenty of room to move around. The rooms are not super fancy but they were still plenty comfortable and did the trick. We had a efficiency so the larger refrigerator was nice plus the stocked kitchenette was also nice to have!
There was some occasional barking but the rooms were relatively sound proof. They have a small area of grass for potty breaks or there’s an open lot we found just a short walk away that my dogs also enjoyed traveling down to. The location is great for the humans plenty of restaurants and easy access to the beach! If you are looking for pet friendly restaurants make sure you stop by the front desk they have a whole list ready to hand out which is also super cool! This is our new favorite spot we will be booking and staying here again!

We decided to visit Fenwick Island State Park due to Maryland not allowing dogs on the beach. Fenwick Island has a designated dog area year-round. The beach was clean, and not nearly as crowded as the Maryland beaches. You can reach the dog friendly section of the beach by going to the access directly behind the attendant stand or the northernmost beach access crossing. From there any area to the left is dog friendly. There were a good deal of dogs there the day we visited, but they were all well behaved and all seemed to have a good time. The fee for out-of-state vehicles was $10 which seemed very reasonable- I believe it was only five dollars for in-state vehicles. We will definitely be coming back!
