Upon booking, great customer service. Paid $159/one night with a $25 dog fee. Check-in was easy until we were sent to room 329. YUCK. Black mold on the ceiling. Bodily fluids, sauces, you name it all over the walls and surfaces. The room was awful. Smelled worse than the mystery condiments in the waste bin. Nothing had been wiped down in years. Bedding had stains. I asked for a new room. Relocated to the first floor. Better but I had already been tainted. Slept through the night and got out. Wouldn’t stay there again or recommend. Dog friendly: yes, potty spots but tons of homeless people milling around.

Within minutes. Dog friendly is an understatement. Room didn’t stink. Room actually was extremely clean, welcoming and spacious. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back to Moab!
