This motel came to our rescue tonight-big time. We had a reservation at a motel right next door and when we got there after hours on the road, they refused our Fido despite being told we could have a dog when the reservation was set. My husband stopped into America’s Best and- boom- got a pet friendly room. The room was nice, clean and beds were comfortable. The motel is close to the interstate. There is a Panera and a Walmart close by. They provide a nice grassy space for walking Fido. Breakfast is typical and coffee was good.

This motel gets three bones for being convenient to the highway, clean, and accepts pets. It does not have a good spot for potty walks. Be careful with Fido around sand burrs and cacti. The breakfast was typical motel food. Coffee was meh. There is a small grocery store with a Starbucks inside just up the street. People were friendly.

The Ramada allowed pets but was very unkept. There was a small green space along the building but it was gross with garbage and massive amounts of poop. Sketchy people were walking around at night and my husband wouldn’t allow me to take Fido out alone after dark. The room was clean but needed maintenance. Carpet was bad, walls marked up and electrical outlets were loose. The motel was easy to get to and close to things but I wouldn’t stay there again.

My husband and I passed through Moriarty on our way to the west coast. This motel is pet friendly with a pet area along the side of the motel near an entrance. They also had a pet potty station and provided bags in case Fido needed one. The room was small but very comfortable and clean. The desk staff was helpful and friendly. My husband grabbed a pizza from a local mom and pop type place and it was delicious. They provided the typical breakfast and had a memorabilia wall about movies shot on location there. I would stay there again. Fido gave it 5 bones!

We reserved a room online and let them know we were bringing our pup. They charged $10 extra for that. They gave us a room on the first floor by a side door so we had a convenient exit for potty breaks and walks. The room was clean and the front desk clerk was very nice. They provide coffee but that’s it as far as amenities. There are restaurants within walking distance. It was a good place to crash for the night.

They have a few small tables on a public sidewalk outside the coffee shop. They do not allow you to bring your dog inside long enough to order. There is no wait staff or way to order from the outside. If you are alone you will need to tie your dog outside while you place your order inside. They do not bring your order out to you or notify you when it’s ready.
