Fun trail with nice views

The trail was very rocky in parts. My dog Zola loves rock scrambling so she had a blast. The elevation change is gradual so even though the terrain can be a little challenging with the rocks and roots, I would say the trail overall is moderate. Some nice views on the way around, and even in the woods it was pretty with all the fall colors.

Amazing views!

Zola, my 9 y/o cattle dog mix and I enjoyed the hike up. It was very rocky and steep, she is a very good climber and loves rock scrambles so no issues going up. Views at the top were amazing!! We hike a lot and loved this trail. Zola wears a harness with a handle and I had to help her up and down in a few really steep parts, she’s only 40 lbs so not a problem. This trail could be challenging with a much larger dog, especially if they are not experienced on climbing rocky surfaces.

Great place!

Nice outdoor area with a good amount of seating and plenty of shade. We got a table right away. Staff was friendly. I had the white fish and shrimp and it was delicious. Would definitely recommend!

Very dog friendly!

We were walking by and saw lots of dogs on the patio so we decided to stop. They did a nice job of seating people with dogs so they were spaced out. Brought Zola a bowl of water right away. The food was delicious and our server Jake was great and made good recommendations for both dinner and dessert.
