On our travels East to Florida. We became tired and decided to stay the night in Lafayette. I have to say, from the moment we drive up to the property, we were impressed. The staff was so welcoming and kind. They were so sweet and kind. They treated our giant fur baby so kind. The room was very comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was even good with many options. The coffee was also very good. We were so impressed with the customer service and the stay. Also the kindness to our big fluffy girl.

We were given this location as a recommendation by a kind gentleman at the Mississippi Visitor Center. The views were amazing, the love entertainment was a nice touch, but the food and service were the star. The staff was so welcoming and we were sat on the patio with our Mag. As a first time patron, we were approached and as the server loved on our girl. She informed us that they had a doggie menu. Our girl can't eat chicken and they made a special food choice to accommodate her. The coolest thing is that their doggie meals come on a frisbee that you get to take home. The meals are only $5. They constantly checked on our needs and gave Maggie a little loving. What a great experience. The small beach next to the restaurant allowed leashed dogs, which Maggie loved. It was an absolutely beautiful experience.
