We are those people who chose dogs over kids! First we had Sadie, then Bailey (both black labs). Then after I fell in love with a dog who was left at the pet resort that my husband and I own, I agreed to purchasing an RV and a new house in exchange for bringing Finn home forever. Now he works with me every day and we plan vacations around what we can do with him!

Great outing!
They are very welcoming to dogs! But, you do need to know your dog’s limitations. There are LOTS of cats roaming around. Dogs are allowed inside the barn, but my dog has issues with horses so we stayed on the outskirts. They are also not allowed in one of the houses (that part takes about 20-25 minutes). They are allowed on the carriage ride, although Finn is actually too big to get up and down the steep steps and…..the horse issue. We pick this activity specifically so that he could go, so we didn’t mind the limitations, however if no one in your group is willing to miss out on some parts, better to leave your pup at home.
