Dog Friendly
Oak Creek Vineyards & WineryAppreciated that they were dog friendly - was very hot outside and they were fine with bringing Fido’s inside the tasting room. Casual spot. Unfortunately I didn’t much care for the wine but it was a good stop to get out of the heat on a summer day.
Nice Shady Setting
Secret Garden CafePros: nice shady patio. Had a late breakfast here. Food was fine (it was eggs, so hard to critique that but it was fine). They allow dogs outside. Cons: service was a bit off: hostess was borderline annoyed at the world and not excited to be dealing with guests esp ones with dogs. They have some weird thing where they shut down between breakfast and lunch and it felt like they were pushing us out. Felt like they tolerate dogs but not welcome them particularly. Unfortunately a couple of patrons had poorly behaved dogs that were disruptive and should not have been in a restaurant. I’ll prob try elsewhere before returning here.
