We had no problems at check in. Desk staff was amazing and went above and beyond. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Perfect proximity to restaurants, quiet at night, warm breakfast in the morning. Absolutely loved our visit to Pittsburgh, and our dog fared slept like a baby.
