Great for the price
The Beaverhead LodgeThis seems to have been a former motel 6. Has what you need. Great hot breakfast. Not a lot of grass to walk dogs but a lot surrounding area. Including park and walking trails within distance. Would stay again

Great Hotel
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson La Crosse WIVery nice. Great hot breakfast. Only takes dogs up to 30 lbs. small narrow grass strip behind hotel worked well. With two people you could let your dog run back-and-forth freely
