We found this spot after looking for a spot to walk our dog during a road trip up the Maine coast. This is a quiet, remote spot and there was only one other dog there when we were there. We did not have our dog off leash, and it appeared there may have been some jellyfish on the sand. It was a great spot to walk around for a bit! If it's high tide I have to imagine that there isn't a lot of room.

The bog is great! We went during winter and it was a peaceful walk. It has a great length loop and there's plenty to sniff.
