This hotel is in a good location with restaurants around you. The big thing I had a problem with is that there was no hand soap. When I asked about the hand soap I was told that there was no hand soap and that they are getting some on order. So if you stay here make sure you bring hand soap. How does a hotel have no hands soap. The other big flaw was I turned the heat on and with in 2 mins the some detector went off. I called the front desk and the lady said oh yeah these units are very old. Umm, turning on the heat should not set off the smoke detector. They had no breakfast as well but the other Candlewood Hotels have free breakfast. After checking out the front desk lady said they are starting to go through a renovation.

It was a nice place to lay your head. Customer service was amazing.

I get to this hotel and we check in. We go to our room and my boyfriend finds DOG CRAP in the so-called clean room. We go to the front and tell them about it and they didn’t really care. We asked for the manager and the rude lady said we can switch you rooms. The manager will come and check it out. After switching rooms, no manager. I go to the front ask for the manager and the guy said “I’m the manager.” I explained to him about how disappointed that I’m and he didn’t really care. After I told him I’m calling corporate he then said I can give you 25% off but I have to call the third party.

The next morning I go get something from the front and encountered another rude lady who asked me for my room number. I said I can’t remember but we are next to 141. I said we had an issue, she said “oh I heard about this but we are ok.” I looked at her and said “I'm not.” This is a health concern. If my cat ate it or if one of my kids stepped on it. I’m upset that they didn’t care about what happened. DO BETTER BEST WESTERN TEAM & CLEANING CREW!!!
