Great campground for dogs
The campground is gated. Left dogs in camper to go to the meteor crater for a couple of hours. There are 2 large dog runs.

There is no grass and a few spots with shade (very few).

Great short hike for older pups
Great hike for my older boys. They were tired after the 1 mile hike. Went late afternoon in May.
