The room, grounds, and hallways were disgusting. I actually took some pictures when I arrived to make sure I was not blamed for anything. The room includes breakfast which I did not plan on eating unless they had pre-packaged yogurt/fruit, which they did not. The eggs, biscuits and gravy containers were all empty at 8 am. I was exhausted and travelling with my 4 month old puppy and did not have the energy to book another hotel. They also told me most of the hotels that do not travel a pet fee charge people $150+ regardless of the condition of how the room was left. I have a Bernedoodle (does not shed) and he sleeps in his crate. We left the room cleaner upon departure. I am hopeful next time I have a totally different experience.
