When I knew we had to stay in Memphis I was nervous but this location was a safe place, staff was super friendly, and close to restaurants, a mall, and Walmart. The only reason I gave it 4 bones is because on the contract it says you’re not allowed to leave the pet alone (makes sense) but across from us was a dog who was clearly alone and wouldn’t stop barking for hours and really upset my own dog. Other than that it was great!

We stayed here for 1 night and they put us on the first floor near a door we could park by. It was the perfect location and easy for my dog to adjust to. Simple check-in and checkout. Would stay again.
