The hotel and room were beautiful, modern, and clean. Loved the location and the room was great! We had a blast and so did our dogs! Only a few minor complaints. If you wanted breakfast, that was extra. If you wanted to use the pool, that was extra. I'm pretty sure I saw that additional dogs were supposed to be extra, but we weren't charged even though we had two. The elevator problem was rough. There were 4 small elevators for the whole building, two were dedicated to the upper floors and two to the lower floors, but they were small enough and demand was high enough, that there were frequently 20+ min waits to get on the elevator. There also weren't microwaves in the rooms, so if you wanted to heat something, you had to go to the ground floor and use one of the three microwaves there, then wait the 20 minutes again for an elevator back up to your room.
