The hotel staff was fantastic and super friendly! They were helpful and attentive to what you need. The room was great, they give you a hanger for your door that shows you have a dog which is nice. My dog did not like the elevator so I was grateful we were on floor 2 because we had to do the stairs, lol. Only con was the side door to bring your dog out the access card thing did not work so you had to prop the door open with a rock. Overall planning on staying here again! My son loved the pool!
