Bad experience with customer service when told we are on a road trip and when we may check in. They advertise it’s 24 hours check-in where we communicated to someone who had the day shift for front desk that we would be expecting to come in around 3am due to a long road trip. She told me to call later and remind her. I waited a few hours and called again to remind her, she said actually can you call my coworker she works tonight 11pm-7am. I waited until about 12am to call back and reminded them, hey, should still be coming around 3am just a heads up. The lady working front desk July 2nd at night said that she will give us 5 minutes to check in. We said we would be there at 3am she said ok i’ll give you until 3:05am to check in. We said we will try considering parking and taking out bags and such but overall bad experience. If you advertise 24 hour check-in and your employees don’t do that, what are they doing? Many concerns.

They gave us a pet friendly room next to an exit that lead to a big patch of grass and also had an exit that led to their “backyard” area that is an absolutely huge area to walk your dog. It is a leashed area, so make sure to please leash your dog but there’s also bonfires in the backyard too! Would definitely come again!
