We are moving across country with a dog and a cat. They were so welcoming and even had a water dish ready for our dog. During human cookie time -- yes they give out cookies -- they even gave our puppy treats! They were patient and let us use the valet area to unload and load the dog crate! Great stay!

My first time ever traveling with a pet and they made it easy! The staff was very accommodating and let us stay on the first floor to help our dog get used to walk through a hotel to go outside. Both my cat and dog were relaxed for their first ever trip!
