Michael, the hotel manager went above and beyond in getting us settled in after a minor snafu at check-in. He personally assisted us and was so kind in making sure that everything was perfect. Our sweet cat Ryman absolutely adored the room and his spectacular view. We look forward to returning
again to this location. Thank you Michael (and all the wonderful staff) for an outstanding stay.
