Not ideal
ETAP BelfastThe staff were all helpful and friendly. The rooms were pet friendly and clean! The floors were hard flooring, not carpet, so that made for easy cleanup. Pet fee was only £5 per dog per night.
However, there was no designated parking. So if you are planning on staying during the daytime at all, it is pay by hour parking lots downtown. Also, since it is downtown, there was nowhere for the dogs to potty, except the pavement. There was broken glass everywhere! (I understand that is not the hotels fault). So I ended up having to pick them up a couple times to get to the car while I walked in all the broken glass. All of this together, was just not an ideal location to take the dogs.
Awesome staff!
Carna Bay HotelThis hotel is about an hour and 20 minutes away from Galway. The drive to this adorable town is gorgeous!! The staff were so friendly and helpful! They allowed me to order from the bar and restaurant, and eat in the lobby with my two dogs by my side.
Cute decor! Super friendly staff!
Castletroy Park HotelThis hotel also serves as a wedding venue. It was a much nicer hotel than I am used to staying in with the dogs. The staff was very accommodating and friendly!
Amazing staff! Pet fee recently changed though.
Copper Kettle B&BThis B&B is a part of The Fairview Hotel property. They recently changed their pet fee to €25 a pet. Other than that, I loved my stay at the Copper Kettle! It is very conveniently located and the staff was so helpful and polite. The room itself was adorable and very clean.
Friendly staff!
