Family of four and our marvelous vizsla!

There seems to be a communication misstep between what the staff is prepared for and what the ownership is hoping this restaurant could be. Our server was delightful and doing everything in her power to make things right, but it was clear that serving customers with dogs is unusual and difficult. There was no signage stating that we should tell staff we were there, no information to tell us that we couldn’t have alcohol under the tent until 5pm, no one to tell us that dogs weren’t allowed on the porch. Once we finally settled in and ordered it took over 45 mins to get our burgers. Truth be told, my burger was amazing, and again, our cheerful server was doing her absolute best with a less than ideal experience. This place could be a dog-friendly-lunch-spot in a heartbeat, but certainly hasn’t considered what that would actually entail.
