Sadly not a good thing to say

Americas Best Value Inn Stillwater

Rooms are small, had horrible odor in the room we were given and even the other rooms we looked at before the man was nice enough to give us our money back but he wasn’t nice about it. I have nonstop migraine and I couldn’t handle the odor or him raising his voice saying something about the 45 other people staying there? What few I seen lived there and I believe had their own business out of their room. None of the rooms had bathtubs and first room still had some man’s pants hanging in the bathroom so I know it hadn’t been cleaned. Our Molly dog didn’t like it and I could tell by the way she acted as soon as we walked into the room she was ready to bail! For $10 more go across the street to LaQuinta where all the staff is super friendly and the entire hotel is clean. I only gave this one bone because I have to pick one. But trust me go across the street to LaQuinta

Great hotel all around

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Stillwater-University Area

It’s probably one of the cleanest hotels I’ve been in and all the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Our Molly dog even loved the big spacious room we had and she liked that all the staff she encountered acknowledged her and most had a treat for her. We could hear the many of dogs that were staying and only having one elevator I was surprised we never encountered anyone else during a potty break or walk. We will most definitely stay there again anytime we are in the vicinity of there. Highly recommend and don’t make the mistake we did and try the motel across the street first mainly because we didn’t see the sign for LaQuinta until we parked at the dump. LaQuinta parking lot cleaner than the room across the street at America’s Best Value Inn or something like that but don’t even pull in their lot go straight across street to LaQuinta.

Great food with dog loving staff

Waxy O'Shea's Irish Pub

Everyone had to stop and pet Miss Molly. Waitress brought her a bowl of water when she took our drink order. Food was great and even better knowing our fur baby was welcomed. Highly recommend if you are in the area with your furbabies. Also patio was in the shade during hottest part of the afternoon as other restaurants in area weren’t.

Giving 1 Bone because it was a roof over our heads

Eureka Springs Heritage Motel

Prices were way higher than any website and I can overlook a lot of things especially when it’s pretty much the only pet available room left in town. Had to get $165 king suite with jacuzzi tub & the only good thing was it was secluded from the rest of the motel. To get warm water to warm up the dogs food I had to use the dirty coffee pot. So in the morning realize that being so secluded that it took 45min, not exaggerating one bit, to get hot water and then once you got hot water (drip) to come out of the shower head that was it nothing but hot, no cold or warm, straight hot. Realized wishing for hot shower that wished to much cuz it was scolding hot. So room finally has the hot water so clean out the dirty jacuzzi tub and take shower/bath. When leaving the room you have to slam the door to get it to latch. Not nit picking as it seems but when checking out and nicely telling them about the door and water situation all I got was....need receipt
Not worth $165 for a room that has been neglected on every level of maintenance and house keeping. Our dog didn’t even like it there. Every time we took her out to potty she’d B-line for our truck and she’s never acted like that in any of our travels and dogs instincts are greater than ours if we’d just learn how to read them better .
