Friendly staff, clean room
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Harrisburg-HersheyThe bedding was clean, and the bathroom was good. The décor was a little rough, and the carpet hid a lot of secrets I'm sure! It smelled fresh and the bed was comfortable though, which is all we wanted after a day on the road. The dogs were welcomed warmly by the front desk staff.

Beautiful room, comfortable bed!
Sheraton Toronto Airport Hotel & Conference CentreWe were treated so well with our dogs, from check-in, to our very early check-out. All of the staff were lovely, and the room was beautiful. The bed was so comfortable, and the room temperature was perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying with pets. We were two doors down from the exit, to take the puppers out for their duties! Could not have been happier! P.S. Room service was great!

Nice room, clueless staff
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Gettysburg PAThe suite was very nice. Clean, comfortable, and didn't smell! I was afraid that it would, because it's a dog hotel, and the carpet looked pretty stained, but there was no smell so I was very pleasantly surprised. However, we checked in after 10 hours on the road, and there was a dining room and lobby full of people and kids that were celebrating a birthday. No problem. The girls at the front desk checked me in, rattled off all the instructions, highlighted where she wanted me to sign, and gave me my room keys. No mention of how to get my luggage upstairs, where the ice machines were, etc. I asked if we could buy food in the dining room and she said yes, and that they could also bring it to the room. I thought great! We can get comfortable, and order something from room service. My husband went downstairs, and asked again at the front desk, but this time there was a young guy there. My husband asked about places to eat, and the guy gave him their binder from behind the desk, so we could take it back to our room and look at it. No recommendations, and he refused to order something for us from Dominoes when my husband told him we didn't have U.S. phones yet, as we were on our way to Myrtle Beach. I was very disappointed in the service, but gave 3 bones for the clean room. I would not recommend this hotel. We were going to stay there on our way home, but decided against it.
