Not much good
The Rutledge InnThe only good thing about this place was the grassy area for the dogs. The entire property smelled like cigarettes. The hotel is run down and not very clean. I stopped to get out of a storm. If there had been anything else nearby I would have forfeited my money and left.

Nice place!!
Tru by Hilton Tallahassee CentralGreat location on the SE side of the city. Convenient, very dog friendly! I'm so glad Hilton properties are realizing people who travel with dogs are good guests! Dog poop stations on property with a few grassy areas. Room was clean, beds were good, shower was amazing! Breakfast was topical Hilton. Our dogs were treated well! I'd definitely recommend and stay here again.

Disappointing for humans
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham MontgomeryThe dog area was nice, friendly staff, BUT the room ( non smoking) reeked of cigarette smoke and horrible perfumed cleaner. There was another guest complaining about the same thing when I went to complain. The toilet was rocking, beds were ok, breakfast was ok. I doubt we'd stay there again.

Good grass area
Best Western Club House Inn & SuitesThis hotel didn't have a designated pet area or clean up bags, but did have a nice grass area that we used. No signs??? The room was good, soft pillows. Nice staff. We'd stay again.

Not typical La Quinta
La Quinta by Wyndham Phoenix ChandlerPlace was not very clean, room was ok but common areas were not clean. No designated dog area, we did find a spot with lots of poop and no bags, all gravel. Pillows were horrible. They did have coffee and breakfast bags available.

Clean place great pet area
Red Roof Inn ChipleyThe hotel is pretty old, however the owners were very nice and the place was clean. The towels were super soft! I wish the tub had a stopper. The location was great if you visit Chipley FL, the pet area was nice. The bed was ok. I would stay again.

Dog friendly
La Quinta by Wyndham Fort Walton BeachAs typical for LaQuinta, great room, clean and pet friendly. Nice area for dogs, but like every where the people leave their dog crap. There should be a camera and a hefty fine.

Needs beds
La Quinta by Wyndham PCB Coastal PalmsLocation was good, dog friendly, it’s Florida so watch for sand spurs in dog area. Clean hotel, nice staff, good coffee. All that being said the bed was BAD, hard, cheap mattress that needs to be replaced. It was a disappointment to stay to sleep and toss and turn all night.

Great place for dog Families
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Antonio RiverwalkDogs are actually welcomed, not just allowed. Our dog was allowed in lobby, treats given at check in. Very friendly staff. It was nice to be treated as if our dog was part of our family, not a nuisance. The hotel was very clean, room was nice and in walking distance to everything. We would definitely return.

Worst ever
Motel 6 Lagrange GAThe “non smoking “room smelled like a smoking room, which was bad, but the place never quieted down, it appeared there were drug desks going on or something in the next room, constant in and out of different cars all night. We actually had our gun loaded on the night stand. The rum was not very clean, we were up almost all night. The only good thing was there was a nice grass area to take the dogs potty, but the unsavory clientele made even that scary. Not recommended at all. You should remove this one from your list.
