The hotel was clean. The location was nice. Friendly staff. Breakfast was ok. The best part of the stay was definitely that the dogs were welcome and the dog area was great!! It was easily accessible out a side door, lots of grass, and a doggie bag station. It was at the back side of the building and was just a good little area. There were other grassy areas to walk around as well. I hope folks like the one there, while we stayed that didn't bother to pick up any of his dogs poop doesn't ruin it for the rest of us. We'd definitely stay there again.

The nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in! I was tired and had already spent money, I tried to stay, however it was so nasty and the parking lot clientele were just too much. I left at midnight and drove to sleep at a rest area in my car. DO NOT GO THERE!

The hotel was very nice especially for a Red Roof Inn. Nice dog walk area, quiet little town. Staff were very friendly. Hotel was clean. The human review will only get 2-3 bones. No breakfast at all, beds were totally worn out.

Fantastic customer service, big dog friendly, our boys were greeted with kindness. Great outside area, one of the best we've visited. Poo bags provided. Safe area, near good restaurants. The only negative was the beds weren't great. Disappointing for a Hampton Inn.

The only good thing about this place was the grassy area for the dogs. The entire property smelled like cigarettes. The hotel is run down and not very clean. I stopped to get out of a storm. If there had been anything else nearby I would have forfeited my money and left.

Great location on the SE side of the city. Convenient, very dog friendly! I'm so glad Hilton properties are realizing people who travel with dogs are good guests! Dog poop stations on property with a few grassy areas. Room was clean, beds were good, shower was amazing! Breakfast was topical Hilton. Our dogs were treated well! I'd definitely recommend and stay here again.

The dog area was nice, friendly staff, BUT the room ( non smoking) reeked of cigarette smoke and horrible perfumed cleaner. There was another guest complaining about the same thing when I went to complain. The toilet was rocking, beds were ok, breakfast was ok. I doubt we'd stay there again.

This hotel didn't have a designated pet area or clean up bags, but did have a nice grass area that we used. No signs??? The room was good, soft pillows. Nice staff. We'd stay again.

Place was not very clean, room was ok but common areas were not clean. No designated dog area, we did find a spot with lots of poop and no bags, all gravel. Pillows were horrible. They did have coffee and breakfast bags available.

The hotel is pretty old, however the owners were very nice and the place was clean. The towels were super soft! I wish the tub had a stopper. The location was great if you visit Chipley FL, the pet area was nice. The bed was ok. I would stay again.

As typical for LaQuinta, great room, clean and pet friendly. Nice area for dogs, but like every where the people leave their dog crap. There should be a camera and a hefty fine.

Location was good, dog friendly, it’s Florida so watch for sand spurs in dog area. Clean hotel, nice staff, good coffee. All that being said the bed was BAD, hard, cheap mattress that needs to be replaced. It was a disappointment to stay to sleep and toss and turn all night.

Dogs are actually welcomed, not just allowed. Our dog was allowed in lobby, treats given at check in. Very friendly staff. It was nice to be treated as if our dog was part of our family, not a nuisance. The hotel was very clean, room was nice and in walking distance to everything. We would definitely return.

The “non smoking “room smelled like a smoking room, which was bad, but the place never quieted down, it appeared there were drug desks going on or something in the next room, constant in and out of different cars all night. We actually had our gun loaded on the night stand. The rum was not very clean, we were up almost all night. The only good thing was there was a nice grass area to take the dogs potty, but the unsavory clientele made even that scary. Not recommended at all. You should remove this one from your list.
