I refer to my 2 dogs as “my boys” because they’re just like family to me. The youngest is an Australian Shepherd/Lab mix who is known for his backflips. The other is a Treeing Walker Coonhound who struggles with anxiety & having only one eye makes things interesting. We love exploring the outdoors & even more so, the local restaurants. We’ve had our fair share of hits & misses, but now have decided to document them along the way. 😊

Nice small area
Moe's Southwest GrillThey have a small covered outdoor area. There is a complimentary dog bowl but you have to fill it up with water from the restroom. It’s a great place to have a quick meal but isn’t too accommodating for pets.
Very pet friendly!
Buffalo's CafeThey have a large outdoor patio with plenty of seating that’s mostly covered. I typically tie the boys onto the railing with no issue of them getting too close to other people. We get the same waitress every time it seems & she’s very affectionate with the boys & brings out their own special dish of carrots & celery!
One of our faves!
Cannon Brew PubWe’ve visited The Cannon on multiple occasions with the boys (weekdays, weekends, lunch/dinner). Each time we’ve had great service & great food! Their outdoor area is very people/pet friendly. Our waiters/waitresses always keep the complimentary dog water bowl filled to the top (with iced water) no matter how many runs it takes!
Very friendly & great atmosphere
River Street TavernWe visited midday on a Tuesday. Our waitress became overjoyed once she realized we had 2 dogs with us. She seated us in their very nice outdoor patio (televisions, heaters, clear patio curtains to block the wind). She was very accommodating to the boys by providing them with fresh water. It was overall a great experience. We’ll definitely be back!
