I sat on the side of the building where my dog could have some space from other diners. Order at the counter and they'll bring it out to you.

I agree this place merely tolerates dogs, but that's enough for me. They made an exception for me because it was slow and only 4pm, but their policy is only allowing dogs at lunch. The server was great and so was the food.
