Disappointed
Torch BistroWe actually choose this place based on the previous review.. we were the only patrons there on a beautiful day after memorial day night. They never brought Mea (the dog) her own water and it wasn't until they noticed we gave her our only water glass that they offered (at the end of our meal.) Great wine, great fried pimento cheese balls.. disappointed with the overcooked and overseasoned mahi mahi. Decided not to even buy dessert. For $64 I expected a better experience...

Great Location & Historic!
Elizabeth River Trail (Atlantic City Spur)From The Navy Lodge this was the closest Dog Friendly Trail... it winds along the water with historic monuments along the way AKA amazing photo ops!
